The Instrumentals (NoFCAD Inc) are is a community based and governed organisation, supported and run by local families, members of the community, arts professionals, local businesses and organisations including the City of Fremantle, North Fremantle Community Association, Fremantle Ports, Bendigo Bank, the Fly By Night Club and Flipside Burgers.
